Meraviglioso. Da non perdere, cibo super, servizio incantevole, cibo di altri tempi... vale il viaggio. Fidatevi frequento 200 ristoranti ogni anno e questo, nel complesso, è uno dei migliori. Da non perdere...

Abbiamo festeggiato domenica a pranzo l'anniversario di matrimonio dei miei genitori, siamo stati benissimo. La sala è molto bella ed accogliente, abbiamo mangiato divinamente, partendo dagli antipasti crostini misti, carpaccio di cinghiale, tonno del chianti, polpette, pappa al pomodoro, formaggi ed affettati, tutto ottimo. Eccellenti i tortelli al ragu' bianco di cinta senese. Per secondo un assaggio di pollo fritto e di cinghiale alle mele. Buonissimi entrambi. Complimenti allo Chef Emilio ed a tutti i suoi collaboratori che si sono dimostrati gentili ed affabili.

07/04/2024: Very nice place in the center of Saturnia. Each dish was beautiful to look at but also and above all good to taste. I had an appetizer, a first course, a second course and a dessert: all delicious. The dish I liked the most was the low-temperature egg on potato cream with truffle. But everything else was remarkable. The cooking of the meats (we took rabbit and lamb) was really special. In addition to the technique, the dishes are characterized by the use of local products.
24/03/2024: Being customers of the previous management, we decided to try this new one, remaining a little disappointed, not so much by the quality (even if clearly superior to that of the previous management), but by the relationship with the price. Somewhat skimpy dishes and nothing exciting, paper excellent wines as always, very pleasant service and environment.

09/09/2023: Booked in the afternoon for five, we arrived early and the table was already ready, our dog was also welcome, we ordered two first courses, a Gricio pork steak and a Florentine steak with side dishes. Everything arrived together without too much waiting. When cut, the Florentine steak is It immediately appeared overcooked, I pointed this out to the owner who proceeded, WITHOUT ANY COMPLAINTS, to cook another one of the same weight and it was PERFECT! The desserts to follow were delicious! Courtesy and kindness made us book a table for the following evening too☺️
