The choice is almost endless with ingredients of all kinds, to the point that I asked the staff to advise me, because it would have taken me half an hour to figure out the best pizza to eat. Then, turning to the right of the counter, I saw that in the fridge there was an incredible Belgian craft beer that I struggle to find, in fact it is almost impossible, in Milan (...), so I take the beer, sit at the table and after a few seconds I The pizza is served, cooked to perfection and filled with ingredients placed on a dough that has been leavened for approximately 72 hours with local flours. the pizza was absolutely spectacular, not to mention the accompanying beer and above all the human accompaniment of all the staff who made me feel truly at home and who entertained me by telling me anecdotes and giving me advice almost as if it were a local tourist board. Delicious pizza! Friendly staff and welcoming place. We arrived tired from traveling at 10pm and they prepared two truly excellent pizzas for us. For now the best pizza eaten in Sicily.
