Small, simple and well-kept place. The dishes are well prepared, balanced, of quality. I will be happy to try other dishes among your proposals, when you use a good Italian olive oil in the kitchen and bring to the table, at the level of your interesting culinary proposals. Thank you.

The place is a bit small but nice and clean, the staff were very kind, the lunch was good and quick. I ate the Covo ravioli on recommendation, really good. Excellent price for a business lunch I will happily return when I return

Rustic trattoria in Covo, where the rusticity of the place makes the food excellent (the handmade ravioli are especially recommended). But the latter also do well. Definitely recommended if you're passing through those parts

13/01/2024: A place not to be missed! It offers the formula of a small restaurant with a few seats and take-away food. Very high quality food in a vintage, simple but intimate environment, with very friendly managers. Few evening openings (weekends) always open for lunch. Prices in line with what you are served and therefore higher-end (around 30%). I've already been back and I will go back, even just to have the seafood salad (delicious) that I promised my partner. Compliments!
11/11/2023: Very expensive for dishes without infamy or praise. Owner not particularly friendly
