Siamo stati molto bene, grazie alla gentilezza del proprietario e alla qualità del mangiare. Eravamo in quattro ed abbiamo preso delle uova al tartufo (non ricordo il nome esatto) veramente eccellenti, al pari della tagliata di carne argentina, tenerissima e saporita. Anche il fiore di zucca con del formaggio era eccellente. Non ricordo cos'altro è stato preso, ma l'amaro finale è stata la ciliegina sulla torta. Il menu è ampio e spazia dalla terra al mare. Volendo anche la pizza, ma visto che la mangio spesso ho preferito il menu classico. Con il vino rosso, prezzo corretto. Senz'altro torneremo.

La definizione di osteria è coerente con la semplicità dei tavoli, delle sedie e del tovagliato ma non rispecchia il menù e la cucina, che sono sicuramente di livello superiore, per scelta e per qualità. Davvero molto buone le trofie cacio e pepe con tartufo nero, originale il riso al salto, molto buone le tagliate, ben fatti i fritti. Conto più che accettabile.

17/01/2024: Refined venue, in the medieval village of Genazzano. Hospitality and professionalism from the staff and the owner. Refined cuisine and quality ingredients. The place is very elegant and clean. A pleasant discovery. We will definitely be back! Thank you
