A Classy Culinary Experience
I recently had the privilege of dining at the renowned Mac Miche restaurant in Limone Piemonte and I can confidently say that it was an unprecedented dining experience. The menu featured a variety of eclectic dishes, ranging from traditional Piedmontese dishes to innovative and refined creations.
The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, walking us through the menu and suggesting wine-food pairings that turned out to be flawless. The wine selection was impressive and added a touch of sophistication to the meal. The raw materials used were of the highest quality, highlighting the attention to detail and commitment to excellence that the restaurant strives to maintain.
I highly recommend Mac Miche in Limone Piemonte to anyone looking for an exceptional dining experience.

Questo ristorante offre due sale arredate con gusto in stile rustico così che l'ambiente risulta essere caldo ed accogliente. La mise en place è minimale su tavoli di legno (veramente troppo piccoli quelli da due) senza tovagliato.. Il menù offre piatti alla carta e due menù degustazione da quattro e cinque portate rispettivamente da 40 e 45 euro .L'offerta non è molto varia e strettamente legata a piatti della tradizione piemontese. Buona l'esecuzione della guancia, del vitello tonnato (ma perché la salsa viene scomposta in due micro ciotoline???) e del risotto al fondo bruno (ritengo che 24 €per questo piatto sia eccessivo). Pertanto consiglio di optare per il menù degustazione.
Il servizio è buono e professionale,la carta dei vini molto limitata.
Per un antipasto,due primi,un secondo ,un dolce e due calici di vino (7 € ciascuno) e una bottiglia di acqua minerale abbiamo speso 116 euro.

Impeccable service, compliments to the staff: you make the difference in this restaurant. Relaxing and pleasant environment, attention to detail but if I may I would lower the volume of the music slightly.
The dishes were also excellent, especially the tomino cheese in phyllo dough, although the first and second courses were a little too salty.
However, a pleasant experience worth repeating.

Pleasant place and excellent food. However the staff training leaves something to be desired. The glass of wine arrived late and was almost poured on me. Even though I hadn't finished the dish it still had to be picked up as soon as possible. The glass of liqueur served by handling the rim. It's probably just a temporary flaw due to the holiday season.

Ottimo ristorante con proposte gastronomiche di alta qualità. Io ho apprezzato molto i tajarin con ragù di fassona, decisamente speciali e cucinati in modo impeccabile.
Molto apprezzate anche le entrées con degustazioni (gratuite e non richieste) di peperoni con acciughe del cantabrico, insalata russa molto delicata e salame.
Prezzi medio alti delle portate ma il servizio eccellente con le entrées incluse nel coperto (3 euro cad) compensa ampiamente.

Il cibo è veramente buono ed il prezzo è nella media (sicuramente non il più economico). Le porzioni sono relative ma comunque i prodotti rimangono di buona qualità. Il personale è stato veloce e cordiale. Il locale si sviluppa sotto qualche gradino rispetto alla strada
