Una delle migliori bracerie del nord barese. Gestione giovanile e attenta. L'operatore alla griglia è il top nella cottura della carne. Ci hanno deliziato con bombette, salsicce, costata di scottona, fegatini e golosini. Nessun pezzo di carne presentava bruciature (cosa molto tipica delle bracerie che lasciano cuocere senza attenzione la carne sulla griglia) e la costata era cotta perfettamente. Come antipasto abbiamo apprezzato bruschette e carpaccio e per la chiusura verdure crude di stagione. Posto assolutamente consigliato. Complimenti alla gestione

Butcher/braceria with a few seats inside. Good grilled cooking, I tasted the spicy sausage and the zampina, the top cut and livers, assorted bowls, each better than the other. Bruschetta, starter of cold cuts and cheeses and a good liter of house primitivo. We spent 30 euros each including digestives (1.8 kg of meat). Impeccable service

Una boutique della carne, professionalità nel servizio al pubblico cortesia e gentilezza, alta qualità delle carni, promosso a pieni voti, da visitare...si potrebbero avere delle piacevoli sorprese ..per il palato !

06/04/2024: I don't really like dining out, having decent culinary skills, I'm not easily satisfied, now I only go to two or three restaurants, which have a remarkable ability to amaze me with their delicacies. The Braceria Caputi is part of this very small number. With their extraordinary appetizers and the goodness of their meat, they won me over🤤🤤🤤🤤. When I want to rediscover the ancient Apulian flavors cooked directly on the fire🔥🔥🔥, there is no alternative. Then the empathy of Franco Caputi👏👏👏👏, the professionalism of his collaborators, act as a glue to spend an excellent evening🍾🍾🍾🍾🥂🥂🥂🥂, such as to be repeated with pleasant assiduity. Well done, well done, always keep it up🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 thank you for being there.👍👍👍👍. One last detail, the Cervellara sausage and the whole selection of meats is exceptional 🤤🤪🤤🤪🤤🤪🤤🤪
