04/03/2024: I was enchanted by the welcoming atmosphere and exceptional food at Wine & Co, a brewery restaurant that won me over. The aubergine starter with cheese fondue was a perfect start to the meal, with the creamy combination of the cheese blending delicately with the softness of the aubergine. An explosion of flavors that tickled the taste buds in a sublime way. The first course of orecchiette was a real delight for the palate, with the fresh pasta pairing perfectly with the aubergines, courgettes and burrata. A dish that captured the authenticity of local cuisine with a touch of refinement. And to conclude, the desserts were a riot of goodness. Two exquisite creations that delighted my taste for dessert, leaving me with a satisfied smile on my face. I can't help but mention their beer, which was a perfect accompaniment to each course. Brewed on site, Wine & Co's beer has a unique, rich taste that further enriched the dining experience.
