A very well run hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are very clean and large. The breakfast was perfect.

Good: Clean, spacious rooms, friendly service. Good big beds. Facility corresponds to 4 star level. Problematic: 1. Rooms have connecting doors to neighboring rooms. Normal conversations in the neighboring room are as loud as if they were in your own room. In addition: loud hallways, poor insulation. 2. If you close the glass door that separates the bedroom from the anteroom (for noise reasons), it becomes very dangerous. It is located in a typical hallway in the dark, where there is normally no door; you forget about it in your half-sleep. The result: I had a black nose for days and a slight concussion. My colleague hit her forehead in her room, so it wasn't just me. That's really dangerous! 3. In the bathroom, you either hit your head on the radiator or on the bathtub faucet, depending on which side of the bathtub you sit. Whoever builds something like that. 4. Breakfast: selection OK, mediocre. Coffee and tea cups are so small that you have to go very often (if you want to drink more than 100 ml). Canned fruit and cheap sugary cereals are more common than high-quality products. The restaurant in the evening: high prices, very salty. 5. Wellness area closed indefinitely. 6. Annoying: when checking in - despite having paid for the room in full - a credit card is required, from which 100 € (!) is blocked as a preventative measure due to city tax. Other hotels do this up to a maximum of 30 €. Despite objections and willingness to pay the tax immediately, they just do it. 7. Incidentally, the slowest reception I have experienced in the last 50 hotels. Check-in takes almost half an hour, check-out 20 minutes. Very - very - slowly. 8. absolutely a no go: House keeping enters room although there is a sign „privacy please“. Summary: Really good points, but compared to other 4-star hotels, there are questions.

A good hotel to stay near the fair ground and pero metro station.

Dear Director, I am writing to you (I am publishing here because I don't have your email) to thank you and your staff for the attention with which you welcome your guests. Mrs. Alessandra and Flora, Mr. Roberto and the girls at the reception (unfortunately I don't remember their names) are an example of professionalism and courtesy that those who, like me, often travel for work would like to find in every hotel. Spacious and clean rooms. Courteous and helpful staff

We stayed 2 nights for a course we did in this hotel... Clean and spacious room... friendly staff... plentiful breakfast... we had a good time... the only negative note was the chairs in the room where we took the course which were too uncomfortable to sit on for 10 hours a day

Ospiti dell'hotel, abbiamo cenato in famiglia per due sere al Magellano. Confermo le ottime recensioni di altri clienti. Personale e metre di sala gentili e professionali. Tutto è stato preparato e servito magnificamente. Qualità davvero alta. Porzioni giuste e generose. Gradevole l'atmosfera in sala con leggera musica di sottofondo. Non è il classico ristorante che ci si aspetta di trovare in un hotel. È aperto anche all'esterno e i prezzi sono mediamente alti, da ristorante gourmet, anche se non siamo in centro Milano. Purtroppo non sono previsti sconti o convenzioni per gli ospiti dell'hotel, ed è un vero peccato. Probabilmente molti più ospiti avrebbero piacere di fermarsi a cena in hotel dopo una lunga giornata fuori per lavoro o anche perché in vacanza ma non sempre si è disposti a spendere per una cena (con una sola portata, coperto e bere) quasi quello che mediamente costa a testa una notte con colazione. È comunque possibile controllare il menù (un po' limitato nella scelta) e i prezzi direttamente sul sito dell'hotel e del ristorante. Personalmente ho prenotato con The Fork e lo sconto applicato è stato, quindi, per noi graditissimo. Sicuramente rimane un ristorante in cui si mangia bene e da consigliare.
