Very nice place to have a drink in front of a sunset, even if it's very cold at the end of March :) Count on 8 euros for a non-alcoholic cocktail or IPA beer, served with chips and peanuts. Fast, hassle-free service (speaks English). Free on-site parking. You can also go see the salt shop in the mill.

Snack for lunch, to my surprise they served me gluten-free cunzato bread and began our Trapani holiday A few minutes from Trapani airport, the suggestive location and availability made our snack very pleasant. Recommended!9

Premessa che darei 5 ⭐️ solo per la location...ma questa non è tutto ed i titolari e gestori dovrebbero imparare a comprenderlo. Una recensione a questo posto va assolutamente fatta perché ritengo che, anche quelle più critiche, se fatte bene, possono essere soltanto costruttive. Siamo andati a luglio 2023! Io ed il mio ragazzo abbiamo prenotato un tavolo anche se già l'anno precedente non eravamo rimasti soddisfatti del servizio né del cibo. Ma si dice "ritenta, sarai più fortunato"...nella speranza che qualcosa potesse, intanto, essere cambiata. Questa prenotazione, avvenuta tramite sito, ci è costata 30€ a persona perché c'era un evento che prevedeva un antipastino, una bevanda a testa e dj set (che, per gusti super personali, proponeva una musica che non soltanto non mi piace ma rovinava un pò l'atmosfera! Ma, ripeto, so perfettamente che si tratta di qualcosa di soggettivo) Ci aspettavamo un aperitivo semplice si (per come riportato sull'evento) ma un pò più particolare e, sinceramente, pagare così tanto per dei crostini industriali con mozzarella (già sciolta per il troppo caldo, non appena arrivata sul tavolo) e pomodorini o un gamberetto, con un sapore ed una qualità davvero super basic...mi è sembrato assurdo. ...e le patatine nel sacchettino di carta! Avete avuto la fortuna di avere un locale in uno dei punti più suggestivi dell'isola ma non crediate che questa è l'unica cosa che vi serva o che possa bastarvi. Abbiate qualche accortezza in più nel servizio, nella cura del cliente, nella scelta del menù, nella sua qualità e presentazione. È un consiglio che mi sento di darvi col cuore perché, a me personalmente, spiace tanto ma non credo sarò più vostra cliente. Siete stati l'ultima tappa di un weekend estivo e facendo il paragone con altri posti in cui ero stata un quei giorni a fare aperitivo o a mangiare, purtroppo ho notato un grandissimo dislivello sia per organizzazione che per qualità/prezzo. Mi auguro che questo periodo di chiusura vi serva per leggere le recensioni dei clienti e fare il punto della situazione e ripartire al meglio nella nuova stagione che arriverà tra qualche mese.

Premise that I would give 5 ⭐️ just for the location... but this is not all and the owners and managers should learn to understand it. A review of this place absolutely needs to be done because I believe that even the most critical ones, if done well, can only be constructive. We went July 2023! My boyfriend and I booked a table even though the previous year we had not been satisfied with the service or the food. But they say "try again, you'll be luckier"... in the hope that something could have changed in the meantime. This booking, made via the website, cost us €30 per person because there was an event that included an appetizer, a drink each and a DJ set (which, due to super personal tastes, played music that not only I don't like but it ruined the atmosphere a bit! But, again, I know perfectly well that this is something subjective) We expected a simple aperitif, yes, as reported on the event, but a little more particular and, honestly, paying so much for industrial crostini with mozzarella (already melted due to the heat as soon as it arrived on the table) and cherry tomatoes or a prawn , with a truly super basic flavor and quality... it seemed absurd to me. ...and the chips in the paper bag!🤦🏻‍♀️ You have been lucky enough to have a place in one of the most evocative points of the island but don't think that this is the only thing you need or is enough for you. Have a little more care in the service, in customer care, in the choice of the menu, in its quality and presentation. It is advice that I feel like giving you from the heart because, personally, I am very sorry but I don't think I will be your customer anymore. You were the last stop of a summer weekend and making a comparison with other places where I had been in those days to have an aperitif or to eat, unfortunately I noticed a huge difference in both organization and quality/price. I hope that this closing period will help you read customer reviews and take stock of the situation and get off to a better start for the new season which will arrive in a few months. 💪🏻

Mmacaura is a bar-restaurant located in the Ettore and Infersa salt pans, with a splendid view of the lagoon and the sunset. We went here for an aperitif. The staff is friendly but the service is very slow. The food is not great and the prices are quite expensive. The strong point is certainly the view of the salt pans. The weak point is the organization and the prices.
