Simple place, staff always very kind and courteous even on the busiest evenings, delicious pizza both in terms of dough and raw materials, certainly one of the best in Terni.

la pizza è assolutamente una questione di gusto. detto ciò non so se quella di maturo lab sia la migliore pizza di Terni però io posso dire che mi è piaciuta moltissimo. Per la qualità della base molto digeribile e un po' soffice, per la qualità ricercata del pomodoro e della mozzarella e comunque anche per la varietà dell'offerta di pizze gourmet. Gentilissimo e rapido il servizio. ottima esperienza sicuramente da ripetere per assaggiare le tante altre pizze che mi hanno incuriosito.

01/04/2024: We arrived on Easter Sunday, even though the restaurant was full they found a solution for our lunch. They also offer a vegan alternative for both breakfast and lunch/dinner and I must say that we ate very well. The hotel is clean and welcoming with a nice peaceful atmosphere. We felt at home. Advised!!!
25/03/2024: Delicious food, generous portions, friendly staff with a pleasant Umbrian accent. The rooms are pleasant and clean, low cost, breakfast with homemade desserts.

26/02/2024: This place really amazed us...welcomed by a very nice gentleman upon entering we immediately understood that it is a welcoming, warm place...we immediately realized that they are a team of young guys...we were amazed that the " "pizzettaro" is 26 years old....from the waitress, to the guys at the bakery, to the cashier....all very young, good, polite and above all willing and with joy in their eyes for the work they do.... truly congratulations because then everything was delicious and the price was not expensive. Well done, keep going like this.... we'll come back to see you
