03/04/2024: Easter Monday lunch with the family, enchanting place, genuine food, plentiful, all delicious! Very rich 35 euro menu. Starters (cold cuts, croutons, vegetables), 2 first courses (risotto with wild herbs, tagliatelle al baffo), 2 second courses (roast and chicken), side dishes... all washed down with an excellent wine! And last but not least tiramisu and panna cotta....coffee and coffee killer...you couldn't ask for anything better! Very kind staff, special thanks to Flavio who helped us a lot with my 2 small children! Walk in the woods and Easter Monday is complete! Thank you very much and congratulations!!! Extraordinary value for money!

01/04/2024: Day trip to Orvieto from Rome. We booked and had a great time. Very good food and very honest price. First course, second course, water, wine, dessert, coffee and bitters 36 euros per person! We will be back!

04/04/2024: I can't rate the rooms because I haven't stayed there. If they were as good as the lunch we had in the restaurant on Easter Monday, then they would deserve excellence. We had a wonderful time both for the exquisiteness of the food and for the abundance of the dishes. A parade of typical Umbrian cuisine libations which is already a guarantee. A masterful interpretation of tradition and ancient flavours. Congratulations to everyone, including the waiters, very kind and particularly attentive to the needs of the moment. We will definitely be back to give a wonderful experience to our friends.

25/02/2024: I was there two weeks ago to celebrate my birthday, what can I say? The restaurant never disappoints me. The service was excellent, the waiters were friendly, polite and above all nice. The food was great, delicious. I thank the owner and all the restaurant staff for making that evening special.

04/04/2024: Easter Sunday in a foreign country was coming up and I’d left booking somewhere for solo lunch a bit late. My host recommended this restaurant and put a good word in with them so I’d get first dibs at a table outside in the event of fine weather (they were fully booked indoors). I have to admit that the red and white checked table clothes made me apprehensive that it might be a sub-par tourist haunt, but it was all good. Excellent food (my first ever fresh truffles) and the wine was lovely. I’m happy to recommend this restaurant to anyone wanting a delightful dining experience in Orvieto.

03/04/2024: Location worth a visit. Alternative and innovative proposals, sufficient quantities. Good quality of products. Selection of ham and bruschetta to be reviewed to optimize the quality/price ratio. The lamb stew is very good. Desserts offered with great art, small portions. Excellent wine list.

25/03/2024: Excellent restaurant, however it is not convenient to park and beware of very elderly people because they have to walk from the car park to the restaurant and then the dining rooms are on different floors and there are many internal stairs.

02/04/2024: I came here after failing to make a reservation at a nearby Michelin restaurant, and the meal was very delicious and the service was good, so I was satisfied. The aperitif bread was delicious (it was so delicious that I ate it all and they gave it to me again), and the quail eggs that were served before the starter I ordered were pretty and delicious. The lobster I ordered as a starter (this one was smaller than a baby lobster, and there was only one) and the shrimp dish were delicious, with just the right amount of elasticity and softness. I was traveling from Sicily and the steak here was the best. There was even a lot of it. The salmon dish is soft, not dry, and the potatoes are delicious. The cod dish was a bit salty for our taste. Most of the time, I don't order dessert because I'm full and it's too sweet, but I ordered it because I was curious about the delicious food. The ice cream and custard were good, and the chocolate cake was delicious and not too sweet.

03/04/2024: Excellent restaurant just outside Orvieto. Very good food with harmonious combinations, a note of merit for the pig off the menu and the self-produced cold cuts. Furthermore, the Sangiovese proposed as the house wine is valid as well as recommended. Everything is introduced and accompanied by the kindness, precision and friendliness of the staff. Prices are slightly above average, but adequate for the experience.
