The place is nice. But there was only one girl actually working, she was doing everything by herself. Even tho she had no help she was patiently explaining everything to customers and had very good English too. We enjoyed the aperitif deal they have for €13

Bar Meccanismo is located in the beautiful Piazza Trilussa in Trastevere. Great for coffee shop and snacks. The room is beautiful and spacious.

Leuk Romeins bartje net aan de overkant van de Tiber. Wordt zowel bezocht door Romeinen die er hun koffie en croissant komen eten en hun krant komen lezen, als door toeristen die er uitgebreid komen ontbijten. Jonge en vriendelijke bediening

24/03/2024: We really enjoyed our meal here. It was the night before running Rome Marathon so good carbs were a must. There was a really nice atmosphere - clearly a restaurant where a lot of the local community eat as well as visitors. The staff were friendly to all. They gave us a menu in English as well as the native Italian which certainly helped. The food was good - hearty food which had the feel of home cooked. We had a brilliant focaccia to start, followed by which I had a really nice pizza (the Arugula) and my wife had a rigatoni dish with artichokes. The coup de grace was a magnificent tiramisu! Throughout the evening, service was quick and with a smile, even though it was busy. We’d definitely come back when I run the marathon in 2025.

Ristorante Nostro

10/03/2024: Such a lovely "little" place where you can eat like a king, drink like a queen, and have a full meal served in a glorious atmosphere. The staff are top notch, and the service is impeccable. From the starters, the mains, the desserts, and the drinks, there's never a bad moment to be had, everything is top notch here. When the weather permits, the outside patio area is an absolute hidden treat. Highly recommended.
