Honestly, nothing can be said from the kitchens to the pizzeria, but on the no comment timetables you cannot BOOK a table for the 2nd shift (9pm) and wait 40min because the table occupied by the 1st shift (7.30pm) does not get up. there are shifts on the 2nd. the waiter has to leave the table, and this ALWAYS happens!!!!

Ci sono stata in occasione del carnevale. Pur essendo pieno l'attesa per il tavolo non è stata lunga. Bel locale, il cibo buono e il personale simpaticissimi.

Impasto buono e leggero, non da problemi di digeribilità nella notte o il giorno dopo... La cucina ha prezzi un po' alti, ma non commento perché io quando vado mangio sempre la pizza...

01/04/2024: We had a great time, even though it was Easter Monday. The ladies were kind and welcoming, as well as very efficient. The warm and welcoming environment. And let's not talk about the food. Super quality starters, light and tasty, lots of variety. In short, I love Piedmontese appetizers and therefore I have the opportunity to compare them with others I have tried and I assure you these were great. Also thanks to the ingredients I think. Special and well-treated vegetables. The risotto is good and the dessert is delicious. All high quality homemade. Thank you. And then the balmetto! Good pasquetta!
