I had a delightful experience at this quaint and cozy restaurant. The homemade food served here was truly exceptional, and the staff was incredibly friendly. Despite its small size, the ambiance was warm and welcoming.

Excellent street food from Lecce: "pezzetti", meatballs with sauce, parmigiana...a pleasure. All washed down with excellent beer and expertly made cocktails. Very knowledgeable and professional staff, very friendly owner. In short, my family and I felt at home. We will be back as soon as possible!

We went because of the hype around the place, it looks like a must try local italian street food which in itself sounds really promising, but the the truth is that its no more than a super basic, blunt sandwich (some meatballs in a bun) it was room temperature, which didnt help the case and it was super blend. It almost like your avarage gyros kebab fastfood place with the italian twist. I dont reccomend the place.

Trovo molto bello poter gustare dei piatti della tradizione mentre si gira nello splendido centro storico di Lecce! I prodotti di Valeria sono buonissimi! Polpette alla genovese TOP

Accueil sympathique, service rapide avec une cuisine familiale et des tarifs doux. Nous avons pris à emporter pour manger dans notre appartement. Les polpettesen sauce (boulettes de viande) et le parmigiana de légumes nous ont satisfaits.

05/09/2023: This is a very small local gem. If you are lucky enough to visit Castro, make sure to stop by and enjoy the fantastic home cooked food. We tried the parmigiana (the real one, without the Mozzarella but with Parmesan) and it was the most delicious one we ever had. The owners are lovely and create this amazing, typical food at incredible prices. Make sure to try the Parmigiana, the Lasagne or the Polpette al Pomodoro. There are vegetarian and vegan choices. We will be back for sure! Be aware that the shop is open from April to mid-September. Linda and Fabio
