Milo's In Alghero

I visited here during my trip to alghero and enjoyed it so much I returned the following night. Domenico is great at what he does and provides an amazing and tailored experience to every customer that enters the place. The food is incredible, as is the wine of course, and I had the best negroni I have ever drank in món! I really cant recommend this place enough. The ambiance is great, very cool bar, casual and comfortable, with top quality service. Thank you for the great experience!!

Best bar in Alghero, in my experience. Service was top notch and Dominico Is a master of his trade, you know you’re in safe hands with him, he very clearly cares about the customer’s experience. Can’t recommend the place enough.

When I entered on any Thursday evening I was immediately welcomed by the intimacy that the place conveys and by the kindness of the owner. Following the bottles down the stairs I went down to the counter level and chose to sit on one of the two sofas, the yellow one, rather low but still pleasant for chatting between one glass of wine and another, wine which is the protagonist but not the only actor, in fact, it is possible to enjoy a curated selection of tea or coffee, but no cappuccino, after 11 it is still illegal, everyone knows it! In addition to drinks, the kitchen is equipped to prepare platters with local cheeses and cured meats to accompany the tasting, or delicious hot sandwiches. I give 5 stars precisely because of the owner who is knowledgeable and competent, capable of making you feel pampered by a personalized experience and also available to satisfy the needs of those with intolerances or dietary regimes different from the norm. If you've read this far then I hope I've intrigued you at least a little, all you have to do is set your itinerary and go and directly try this all-Algherese experience.
