It was my first time going and it was a great emotion

The goodness of each dish literally moved me, especially the endive and seitan. But honestly, each course is studied, cared for and succeeded in a creative and delicate way. Very nice place and wonderful service. I can't wait to come back and let everyone know. From the photos, the first is a half portion, and unfortunately I don't have a photo of the seitan ;(

The environment is nice, the staff very kind. The food is very interesting, the portions are small, so the price of your dinner will not necessarily be low cost, but it is worth it. Small but refined wine list. Only flaw? NO CUTLERY, but the guys will help you on request. The dessert is not up to par with the savory dishes, the Seitan is absolutely unforgettable. I will return 100%. Thank you for your meat free work. Our planet thanks us and we vegetarians are super happy, but so would an omnivore with your dishes.

Modern and elegant environment. Very good welcome and service. Vegetarian and vegan dishes prepared with care and high quality raw materials and presented in a very accurate manner. Extensive wine list and they also give us some local craft beers. Absolutely worth trying.

Excellent... a different way of eating but without realizing it... you don't think you are in a vegetarian restaurant... but just that you are in a restaurant where you eat really well... Well done....well done...well done Compliments to the Chef and the room service...

Minimalist, elegant, well-kept and well-distributed furnishings (spacious, not very noisy). Choice of dishes on a seasonal basis, therefore a limited but well-reasoned menu. Excellent service and welcome and fair waiting times. The dishes are interesting, beautiful and tasty. Prices in line with the proposal. Absolutely recommended regardless of dietary preferences (I am not a vegetarian) and because it is the only proposal of its kind in the S. Giovanni district. P.S. I have been at least thirty times over the course of four years, since the opening the level has been constant, dishes always different in combination and plating.

A very nice place, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Good value for money. Particular and very refined culinary proposal, entirely vegetarian, the dishes certainly live up to expectations, truly excellent! Highly recommended!

I've wanted to try a vegetarian restaurant for a long time and I can say that not only did I like it but it has become my favorite restaurant! Tasty dishes, well presented and very friendly staff. I got up from the table full but without the slightest feeling of heaviness. We will be back soon!

Il locale è ampio e luminoso, essenziale con eleganza, i tavoli ben distanziati. la cucina, che si intravede da un finestrone, non è un buco da nascondere, ma anch'essa ampia e pulita. Il servizio molto affabile e premuroso. Il cibo è eccellente, sia per la qualità degli ingredienti che per l'esecuzione dei piatti, la scelta non è molto ampia, ma sufficiente sia per chi viene per la prima volta che per chi, vegetariano o vegano, torna qui frequentemente. Confrontando diversi menu letti su internet, inoltre, vedo che il menu viene aggiornato e cambiato spesso. I prezzi sono superiori alla media, per mangiare un primo+secondo+dolce+calice di vino bisogna mettere in conto tra i 40 e i 50 €. Il problema è quello delle porzioni troppo piccole: aumentare la quantità del 20-30% costerebbe poco al locale e lascerebbe tutti soddisfatti, senza cambiare il "target" di clientela, insomma non attirerebbe chi si vuole strafocare

Un vegetariano gourmet: ciò significa, per me, ricercatezza ed estetica, con prezzi abbastanza nella media, ma porzioni piccole. D'altronde, sono piatti elaborati, dai nomi lunghi e che suonano un po' esotici, anche con qualche accostamento audace (tipo il caramello in cima al flan di lenticchie) e dopo un po' stancano, forse non sono adatti per essere mangiati in grandi porzioni. Molto leggeri: con antipasto e secondo, non ero sazia, ma ovviamente può essere un funzionamento personale. Un'esperienza, quasi in stile "stellato", ovviamente diversa dalle "osterie", che io riservo ad occasioni speciali (non è il mio genere, ma va molto di moda). In foto: il loro amuse buche di foglie di cavolo nero in tempura, preceduto da pane e focaccia fatta in casa; antipasto di flan di lenticchie, il mio preferito; seitan con broccoletti (un po' troppi rispetto al seitan e che non ho trovato molto speciali).
