I tried so many gelato in Lucca, and was guided to Momo Gelati through one of the best restaurants we dined in. The shop is out of the mainstream tourist area, and well worth the walk/visit. The quality and flavours were unquestionably supreme, best in Lucca. Owner served us, and had good reason to be proud of his product. Don't miss this treat if you enjoy gelato. Pistachio was amazing, as were all the others I tried. Go!

Delicious icecream. We tried six scoops and all of them were great. My favorite was definitely the pistachio, I can highly recommend it.

Etwas abseits der Touristenströme, eine Gelateria mit noch normalen Preisen. Und dann auch noch sehr lecker! 👍

Trop bonnes glaces ! C’était tellement bon que nous avons tous repris des pots une deuxième fois ! Quelques tables si vous voulez vous asseoir. Et toujours des prix très très corrects. Nous avons adoré avec les enfants.

Up there with the best gelato we’ve ever had. We visited Lucca as a family and had heard good reviews but were even more impressed with just how good the ice cream was. The lemon and strawberry sorbets as well as the vanilla were the best we’ve ever had. The hazelnut was also very good. Staff were kind and patient, lovely all round. Highly recommend, will be coming back and having their gelato!
