Morus Sapori & Sentori In Polignano a mare

Portion of pasta with sauce too small, not good sorbet with crumbled biscuit!!!! It could have been done better!!!!!!!

I don't have anything in particular to say, maybe I was expecting more flavor, or I was waiting for the waoo effect that didn't arrive. I'll start by saying that I'm not a fish lover 🐟 but every now and then eating it and trying new dishes intrigues me. Maybe I was expecting more flavor, more delicacy but it all seemed so normal to me..... This doesn't mean that the food was bad, on the contrary....but it didn't excite me that much...... SERVICE 10 AND PRAISE SMALL, COZY AND WARM PLACE......

Premetto che ho frequentato diversi ristoranti a Polignano e ritengo che il Morus non ha nulla da invidiare a nessuno, anzi… La location è molto elegante e anche se all’inizio mette soggezione pian piano ti senti a casa grazie alla cortesia del personale e dello stesso proprietario. La qualità del cibo è davvero molto alta e i suoi piatti sono presentati sempre in maniera impeccabile. Sono certo che ritornerò !!! Complimenti a tutti e mi raccomando a non abbassare mai la qualità del prodotto, cosa che invece sta capitando a molti altri ristoratori del posto.

Our discovery of Morus Ristorante came on the heels of a recommendation from another charming fish restaurant, which, while delightful, only served raw fish. As we stepped into Morus during our day at Polignano a Mare, an immediate sense of warmth and elegance enveloped us. The interior exuded class, beautifully adorned, and complemented by an extensive selection of wines that caught our attention right away. However, it was the gracious hospitality of Angelo, our waiter, that truly defined our dining experience. His amiable demeanour and genuine warmth transformed what was supposed to be a quick meal into a memorable 2 ½ hour gastronomic adventure. Guided by Angelo's spot-on suggestions, we indulged in some of the finest dishes - the delicate rose prawns, the rich tuna tartare, and the perfectly crispy baccala fritto. The seafood pasta that followed was an explosion of flavours, and the desserts? Simply divine. A peek at Morus' online menu is enough to tantalize any food lover, making it evident why this restaurant is one to revisit. Beyond the outstanding dishes, it's the genuine hospitality that beckons.
