Provata la bufalina sia con impasto integrale sia classica. Partendo dall’impatto posso dire che era davvero ottimo anche quello integrale, e non è così comune, unica pecca avevo chiesto la pizza poco cotta ma era talmente fine sembrava letteralmente pone carasau da sembrare biscotto e per me che amo il cornicione non ci siamo proprio, non mi aspettavo pizza napoletana ma nemmeno pone carasau. Il condimento veramente ottimo si sentiva davvero tanto la fragranza del basilico e della bufala con gli ottimi ciliegini. Consiglierei assolutamente.

16/03/2024: Ten of us had lunch with friends. Kind and hospitable welcome from the owner. We ask for suggestions and he offers us some seafood appetizers (diced swordfish soused with olives and sweet peppers, grouper with sweet and sour red sauce, slice of fresh swordfish, marinated in lemon, with parmesan and iceberg fillets and strawberries, presented on carasau, fillet of fried sardine with diced aubergines). Tasting of two first courses: asparagus and ricotta tortellini seasoned with sautéed artichokes and bottarga, fish ravioli with red cuttlefish sauce. Fantastic. Mixed frying, light and crunchy. Coffee to finish. House wine. Everything was excellent and presented with elegance, attentive and friendly service. Absolutely recommended.
02/03/2024: I returned after a few years to this splendid restaurant. Cozy atmosphere, excellent food, wide selection of wines, fair price. I recommend it and, as always, can't wait to go back! Thank you!

05/04/2024: The best aperitivo in Cagliari in my humble opinion! Excellent Sardinian fried ravioli (culurgiornes) with Carbonara sauce!!!! Super yummy! We took the just for fun lunatico option and were delight by the variety and the taste! Very nice interiors and music too!
