20/12/2023: Wow. I am really surprised to see some of the reviews here. This was an unexpected highlight of our trip! We had missed our early train from Rome to Naples and had to take a later train. Our driver was kind enough to wait around for us. Because of our lateness he suggested we stop here for lunch. This was an unexpected impromptu stop for us. The wine tour was unexpected and fun. The host was funny and we were glad the tour was quick. The lunch experience for us was wonderful. It was unexpected and delicious. We enjoyed the wines. We enjoyed the staff. We enjoyed the food and wine and we enjoyed the views! We enjoyed each others company and everything about this! Our morning had been crazy hectic missing the train and this was a beautiful lovely afternoon. Every night of our trip we had a drink in the evening and we talked about what our favorite things were so far on our trip and this impromptu lunch/wine tour remained in our top 3! We would highly recommend this as we really enjoyed it!

16/10/2023: The reviews of this winery are interesting and I agree with the bottom line of them, pleasant diversion, but basic. It is touristy, no doubt and given that it was an inclusion for our small tour group, I can't really comment on whether it was value for money, or the tourist trap it has been reviewed as. The setting is photogenic, sitting below Mt Vesuvius, the staff were pleasant and the wine tasting was adequate. However, there was no real instruction regarding the wine process and the food was reasonable, although a little 'food hall' type quality.
