We went to this restaurant for my daughter's birthday. Everything was truly excellent, from the appetizer with excellent quality products, to the delicious and well-prepared first courses, to the quality of the meat. We had a great time and all this accompanied by the courtesy of the owners, which is no small thing. We will be happy to return at the first opportunity.

We were guests of my son-in-law Fabrizio Musumeci for lunch, we ate very well with various specialties of the house, the service managed by Beatrice and her mother is the ultimate in courtesy, so we can't say anything but good about it. Michele Perpignani.

My family and I had lunch today in this restaurant, it's a fantastic place for a certain target audience. All the courses we had, from the appetizers to the first courses, especially the tagliolini with blueberry and yellow pestum dates with crunchy, well-browned bacon, aroused great success. I highly recommend this restaurant to go and try it, it is beyond all expectations, the location is very elegant and welcoming, the staff is attentive to the customer and knows how to recommend the courses in relation to your needs or any intolerances where kindness reigns supreme between Beatrice and Anna and the chef in the kitchen. We will definitely return soon to replicate this wonderful experience. Located in a place of passage, it manages to be at the same time a silent and relaxing place where you can have not only a meal but an experience. First choice meat, deep attention in the proposal of a menu that is not a jumble of different dishes but a real journey. Even though I was on a diet, I was adequately advised on my choice and I must admit that I felt much less "deprived" of something than I expected. It is certainly a place to visit and get to know, not suitable for keyboard lions who expect the usual pasta, but for those who want to rely on a competent chef and attentive dining room staff eager to accompany customers on this truly particular journey. . Not indifferent, the place has good parking.

My husband and I discovered this gastronomic pearl by chance and I must say that we were very impressed by this place! The hosts are very welcoming, helpful and prepared. Furthermore, the quality of the food is truly of a high standard...everything we ate was PERFECT! Finally, I also wanted to specify that this place is super welcoming if you go with our 4-legged friends, we went with our golden and the owners were wonderful ❤️ We will definitely be back ❤️

Conosco Ninkasi da molto tempo e l'affidabilità di questa gestione è eccellente ,la conduzione familiare e la serietà che si impongono e' di grande riguardoi prodotti di alta qualità, il menu e' minuzioso e Bestrice e' esaustiva nelle spiegazioni ,preparata e di gran competenza pur essendo giovanissima, Davide cucina in modo impeccabile,mi complimento e ci tengo o a dire che io e la mia famiglia samo innamorati di questi meravigliosi ragazzi che dedicano la loro vita con passione ad un posto meraviglioso come Ninkasi.lo consiglio perché è il luogo perfetto per ogni evento i prezzi ?assolutamente in linea con la qualità che offrono ...

La posizione non è granché, ma una volta entrati da Ninkasi si crea l'effetto bomboniera...un ambiente grazioso, raccolto e confortevole. Tutto quel che è fuori sparisce. Entrando si viene accolti da una ragazza che costituisce un alto valore aggiunto del locale; sorridente, gentile, professionale, spiega e consiglia i vari piatti. Cinghia di trasmissione tra la cucina e la sala, con lei il cliente avverte la presenza in sala del cuoco e comprende il tipo di cucina che lo ispira. Peccato per il mangalitza (io lo adoro, così come amo il Joselito pata negra e i vari neri d'Italia) ma il prosciutto presentava un paio di difetti. Peccato veramente perché gli altri piatti sono stati piacevoli, ben costruiti e ben presentati. Molto buono il coscio d'anatra CBT ..grassezza e dolcezza in ottimo equilibrio. Buono il babà. Uno dei capolavori della cucina partenopea qui è ben realizzato; soffice, liquoroso, spugnoso, si scioglie in bocca.
