A restaurant to get away from the typical food of Rome. A not very extensive letter but very well crafted, everything is very good The wine list is spectacular and they recommend you very well.

We had wine tasting and everything was perfect! Wonderful cheese and pasta, delicious wine and super friendly service 🤩 grazie mille!

The cooking class is an absolute must. It was the only thing we had reserved prior to coming to Rome and I’m so grateful for it. By far a highlight of our trip. From the moment you walk in to the end of the class you’re submerged in an intimate and entertaining cooking experience. Our chef and sommelier were a dynamic duo and so lovely . Our wine glasses were always filled and we hand crafted our dishes that we got to enjoy at the end of the class. We absolutely will be doing this again and will be recommending it to our friends and family.

The food was great, but it all feels a bit commercial and sterile. The Roscioli marketing machine continues to feed eager Americans! Dishes very enjoyable but the feeling of being Eataly never quite seems to leave. But do not get me wrong, I do love Eataly when back home in London…

Mattia Moliterni GM “Demonstrates” this hospitality! They hosted me for a “Cooking & Wine” “Experience” in their Rimessa Roscioli 🥂Ristorante in Rome: 5 courses & complementing local wines. A bountiful presentation of meats & cheeses highlighted an antipasto - 3 pastas; #carbonara, #cacioePepe #gnocchi & #meatballs in #Tomatosauce ala baskets of Riscioli specialty olive 🫒 bread to absorb every drop of #sauce. A generous portion of mascarpone & chocolate in a Tiramisu served with local dessert wine. Alessandro & Lyndsey are marketing geniuses/ they have just opened their #GreenwichVillage Ristorante where I plan to host my “Interesting Leaders” Roundtables when I return to Manhattan. . Delicious food & fantastic service, highly recommend!

Amazing food here last night. 2 stand out pasta dishes, the carbonara and cacio e Pepe. Great wine pairings by sommelier. Atmosphere tainted by a booking for 13 people beside us outside who were too loud for the area with only a few other tables around them. To be fair, the waitress moved us inside when we mentioned the noise, but service was a bit slow after we were moved section. Overall, great experience but maybe consideration to be given to other tables when taking big group bookings.
