23/03/2024: We had dinner at Eugenio's restaurant. First time. The restaurant offers a culinary experience of excellent quality, enriched by impeccable service. The place is warm, on a Saturday night even though it was full there was no confusion. Minimum waiting times. Well set table, comfortable seat. Glasses cleaned and carefully arranged. The staff is welcoming and smiling, helping to create a friendly atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The appetizer, to be placed in the center, with a cost of around €20, is made up of ham, gorgonzola, roasted fennel (exquisite) and pecorino, they are a real delight for the palate. Pumpkin, aubergines and other land products were present. The combination of flavors is balanced and each ingredient is top quality, highlighting the attention to detail in the preparation of the courses. The presentation is refined and reflects the attention that the kitchen places in presenting a simple course. the environment is comfortable and informal, ideal for an evening or lunch. Price Absolutely normal. Well done.
