We ate 2 amazing burgers to say the least! Their Chianina is excellent, the chips, fresh and fried, made by them, a return to the tastes and flavors of home. Their craft beer is truly excellent. We found a friendly environment and the guys were super super nice and kind. I recommend anyone who is in Florence to stop by to delight their palate.

Their food is very high quality and locally sourced. The staff is very kind and they have a Tuscan take on more commonly American food!

Localino minuscolo in via dei Neri, nel pieno centro di Firenze. Il menu prevede una ridotta lista di hamburger e qualche contorno, con un'altrettanto ridotta scelta di birre (alcune molto buone). Gli hamburger sono buoni, anche per quel che riguarda il tipo di pane impiegato. Le dimensioni sono medio piccole, e il "panino" si sviluppa verso l'alto. Per ogni hamburger vi è la possibilità di scegliere alcuni condimenti liberamente (pomodoro, insalata, cipolle). Le patate "artigianali" sono piuttosto deludenti, troppo sottili e poco consistenti anche se fritte bene. Servizio in modalità self, con posate di plastica e senza piatti a disposizione. Ok per una pausa pranzo veloce, non raccomandato a cena, considerando i tavoli ravvicinati, la mancanza di riscaldamento e il servizio fai da te.

Locato vicino alla stazione di SMN; il Bovo si propone come un fast food di qualità. Prezzi onesti, qualità non eccelsa. Comodo se si è di passaggio e si ha fretta.
