I recently had the pleasure of dining at the Ai Pozzi restaurant, a place that, although known for its excellence in meat, has proven that it can also amaze us with fish-based dishes. The evening was an unforgettable culinary experience, thanks to the freshness and quality of the dishes offered. The appetizers, in particular, conquered our palate with a variety of flavors and generosity that leave us speechless. The montanarina with cockles proved to be an original and delicious option, while the grilled octopus and fried cod balls were simply irresistible. The seafood stew was a riot of flavor and freshness, while the seared tuna reached levels of sublime perfection. I can't forget to mention the classic fried calamari, expertly executed and impeccably presented. The location of the restaurant is another strong point: welcoming, valuable and enriched by a large fireplace which adds warmth and atmosphere to the context. The hosts Noemi, Vasco, Giovanni, the legendary father Salvatore, proved to be extremely kind and attentive to our needs, helping to make the experience even more pleasant. Ultimately, the Ai Pozzi restaurant is a true gastronomic jewel, capable of satisfying even the most demanding palates with its high quality cuisine and its welcoming environment. I highly recommend a visit to all lovers of good food, both meat and fish.
