delicious food, refined ambience but the real magic is done by Carlo, the manager... an undisputed gentleman in the world of catering and a generous professional in sharing all his precious knowledge of wine, oil and culinary delicacies. My wife and I work in the world of luxury hotels and here at Olio Carlo it is true luxury! we went in early January to celebrate my birthday

An experience full of charm and friendliness. The dishes were excellent and of top quality, described in detail by the very kind restaurant manager. The wait staff was also excellent.

Superior restaurant with gracious service, quiet and cozy club-like interior. Tagliatelle al Tartufo came with table-side shaving of truffle, really exceptional. Sea bass was also very good.

From the moment we entered we immediately felt welcomed with great care. From start to finish the service was particularly attentive in everything, impeccable down to the smallest details. The place is very nice, elegant and well-kept too. The food was really excellent: dishes with typical local, quality ingredients and original recipes. Highly recommended, congratulations to all the staff.

Piccolo ristorante in pieno centro con piatti di cucina toscana di ottima qualità in tutte le portate; molto buoni soprattutto il brasato e il cristallo di pomodoro. Servizio nel complesso rapido e molto cortese; conto leggermente alto ma alla fine sono stati soldi ben spesi.

03/02/2024: Excellent restaurant, good raw materials and preparation of dishes, adequate selection of wines for every budget and taste. Obviously you pay for the good stuff, it was an excellent lunch.
