Excellent value for money, the food is good, the spa is well-equipped, the rooms are clean, the location is excellent for those who go skiing, only 3km away from the Andalo ski resort.

Hotel a few minutes from Andalo, abundant buffet breakfast; dinner served (different menu every day). Very clean rooms and the staff is very nice, Michela is incredibly friendly and unique. Furthermore, the hotel has a very nice spa, swimming pool with hydromassage and games room. It's perfect for families!! And so I can only recommend it

They provide towels but you can't use them for the pool and you have to bring your own bathrobe, you rent it or buy it, The staff is friendly but the pool seems to be made only of chlorine-free water and the hydromassage is a little too small

We have been to this hotel many times, the last one two years ago with friends and we had a good time, so when I read the negative reviews, I thought they were exaggerated, unfortunately I was wrong, the hotel has deteriorated a lot in these years. No attention to the guests, answers always with disdain, the spa neglected, on the first day I found a strong musty smell coming from the Turkish bath, as well as the badly smelling water of the hydro and swimming pool, I recommended putting some essential oil for obviated, and the next day it was done, for which I thanked, but the sore point is the meals. Everything at savings, breakfast entirely from discount stores, nothing local, not even fruit (apples) we are in Val di Non. The dinner prepared with poor quality ingredients and cooked and presented as in a company canteen. I recommend changing chefs by hiring a professional, if you want to continue to have Italian tourists. I understand that to maintain a structure like this you need to have a strong motivation and I think the owners haven't had that for a long time. It's a shame because the hotel is in a great location. PS the reviews are not intended to offend or humiliate anyone, they are useful for the owners of the structure to understand what is wrong with improvement If there are many negative reviews you need to ask yourself questions, according to HOST.

From the reviews I was really scared... Instead it was a nice surprise.. the wellness center is beautiful, the swimming pool is also good food and the value for money is excellent.. each person is made in his own way and the owner is made in his own way He's a little grumpy but kind and friendly... Excellent experience... If it weren't for the very expensive rental of Andalo's equipment... I would gladly return to Andalo because I had a great time and the slopes are beautiful. Excellent location, close to Andalo, Molveno and Fai della Paganella. Dated but clean rooms. If you love Italian cuisine you will be disappointed. Nice waiters. The boy who was supposed to entertain the children spent his evenings with his cell phone in his hand, sitting by himself.

Vicino ad Andalo e alle piste da sci nulla di speciale però ha tutti i servizi che servono per una settimana bianca

Passati 4 splendide giornate in questo Hotel,posizione comodissima per arrivare ad Andalo,colazione e cena ricche e gustose,a cena abbiamo mangiato sempre bene,il personale di sala molto veloce e accogliente,soprattutto Michela che fa il suo lavoro sempre con il sorriso. Centro benessere di qualità,con una bella piscina calda e vasca idromassaggio,belle anche la sauna il percorso kneipp e il bagno turco. Per i prezzi che hanno,lo consiglio!

Hotel molto vicino ad Andalo e a 5 minuti di auto dagli impianti di risalita di Fai. Nel complesso è un buon hotel. Camere standard abbastanza piccole ma con tutti i confort. Balcone e magnifica vista. Bagno ok. Bella la spa. Peccato sia aperta solo dalle 16 alle 19. Ristorante da migliorare. Una cucina senza infamia e senza lode. Aree comuni spaziose e stile anni 90. Deposito sci. Area bimbi molto spaziosa con animazione. Ping pong, calcio balilla, videogiochi e giochini per i più piccoli. Per il prezzo super scontato di cui ho usufruito sono rimasto soddisfatto. A prezzo pieno però, penso ci sia di meglio.
