The restaurant located in the heart of the small town, is welcoming, warm, relaxing and at the same time truly classy... Thanks to the attentive, helpful and thoughtful Angelo as well as the service staff who took care to make us feel constantly at ease. Fast service, even though we didn't book and the place was full we didn't wait, the service was fast and truly impeccable. The quality of the food was excellent both in terms of the pizzeria and the kitchen, we took well-stuffed pizzas and the dough was crumbly and light, the rest of the ingredients were all of high quality and the same as regards the roast meat it was very tender, not to mention the abundant quantity, the frittini cooked properly and both the starters and the side dishes not too salty Excellent value for money In short, what can I say, compliments, everything is truly top notch...I will definitely return to taste the first courses and also to see the garden. Highly recommended!!!

The place is nice but the rooms are not that big yet too full and the tables are too close together. The service is impeccable and precise. We had the appetizer for two together with some delicious montanarine. I was thinking of a revisited menu but in reality classy dishes such as broad beans and chicory pieces... I chose a simple tagliolini with truffle without other additions, and in fact it was prepared very well. My husband opted for a cacio e pepe with truffle. The cacio e pepe was good, but the truffle was getting lost. I will return but to try the pizza.

A place to go. Many new features and revisitations. Regarding the price, you have to be careful about the off-menu items that are offered because, being of high quality, they could be expensive. I went back for a pizza with friends. In my opinion, it was excellent, however the trend of the high crust meant that the pizza was really too thin and soft in the centre, impossible to eat either with your hands unless you fold it into a bundle, or with cutlery. Very fast service even though it was Saturday...perhaps a little too fast given that the pizzas arrived when we were still eating the starter. To try.

Thanks to the owner Gianni, who was extremely helpful, even without knowing me, in illustrating menus and options to serve as part of the "at the table with the Salento truffle" initiative. Thanks to Angelo who took care of and guided our lunch. Last but not least, congratulations for the delicious cuisine, both land and sea, with which our lunch was enjoyed. Successful surprise for my husband and maximum level of satisfaction. Until next time

I highly recommend the pizza with digestible and fragrant cereal flour, topped with fresh, excellent quality ingredients. Comfortable and well heated environment We will definitely return

10/10/2023: La prima impressione è che questo possa essere un ristorante turistico con troppi coperti, prezzi alti, location suggestiva sul lungo mare e qualità dubbia … ma fortunatamente ho seguito il consiglio datomi al B&B dove alloggiavo ad Otranto. Ho mangiato due piatti eccellenti, belli da vedere e buoni da mangiare. Sorprendentemente il servizio è stato veloce ed impeccabile nonostante fosse un pranzo della Domenica molto affollato. La presenza costante del proprietario è stata decisamente rassicurante e piacevole, uno dei fratelli dirige infatti le operazioni ai tavoli esterni, ma ho trovato anche tutto il personale molto capace e qualificato. I prezzi sono alti ma assolutamente adeguati alla proposta. Come dicevo all’altro fratello alla cassa, capisco benissimo che la tentazione di fare gli imprenditori spregiudicati, invece che i ristoratori per professionalità e passione, sia fortissima in questo genere di meraviglia di posti che abbiamo in Italia, dove i turisti arrivano incessantemente in massa … ma quando invece si trovano ancora famiglie come queste con competenza e tradizione, non si può fare altro che applaudire. Bravi !!!
