Finalmente ho scoperto la vera pizzeria con il forno a legno come si faceva una volta. Prodotto con lievitazione ad alta digeribilità e condimenti di ottima qualità. Il servizio impeccabile. ragazze molto cortesi e titolare iperattivo

Never eaten a more original pizza than the "volcano". The abundant platter of cold cuts and cheeses. Everything excellent!

06/04/2024: All very good, well-leavened pizza, very kind staff, one of the best pizzerias in Palermo.
28/03/2024: I already knew Art and Tradition, as a child when the location was in via Perez I always got pizza from them. Last night I went back and again had the pleasure of eating their delicious buffalo pizza. Really good pizzas, with light dough and fresh products. Fantastic draft beer. Impeccable service and a welcoming and clean environment, they even brought me a high chair for the baby. For those interested: parking is easily found. Excellent value for money ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Beautiful evening

01/04/2024: Inconspicuous restaurant in a quieter residential area. The atmosphere could have been a little more comfortable, but the extremely good service from the great waiter made the evening a very good one. The food tasted perfect and was great value for money. Unfortunately, the lasagne came a little too quickly, way before the other dishes and was too cold. Overall, highly recommended!
