We stopped at this restaurant and entered curiously. We sat on a 'covered terrace' which, despite facing the street, did not make us hear any noise. The owner turned on the stove for us and I noticed that there were blankets on the chairs, for those who were cold (a plus that not all restaurants have unfortunately). I am sensitive to the cold and have never felt cold. We ordered the €27 per person menu which included a drink/glass of wine, 600g Florentine steak and baked potatoes (I thought they were small compared to the steak, but in reality the portion is right, at least for me). In addition two desserts: tiramisu and grandmother's cake, both delicious. The owner told us her story and that of the restaurant; she was very welcoming and kind, we appreciated it very much. We spent around €70 between us, an absolutely fair price for the delicious dinner we were served. Best of luck to the owner ❤️

I spent 6 months in Italy this year; more specifically in Florence. I visited Osteria 45 several times during my stay. I absolutely love Cacio e Pepe and they did not disappoint. Their cacio e pepe also has crushed pistachios. Oh my lord was it good. I loved sitting in the outside alcove with a glass of red, my book and a tasty dish ❤️

I really wanted a soup, preferably chicken soup, but so far in Florence, I couldn't find any. We happened to be walking around looking for a restaurant, and we saw their menu outside and surprise. They had chicken soup on the menu. I had the soup, French fries, and bread. My husband had pasta with pepper. Everything was delicious, and the soup hit the spot. Everyone was very friendly and we are so glad we found this restaurant.
