First time at this restaurant. I booked for 4 people a week ago and today we were surprisingly placed at a table of 6 with two other people who were already eating...
The food was good, we had typical Brescian starters and first courses. The only flaw is the dessert, a tart that is not worth the money spent for both quality and quantity.

We went to this historic trattoria on Saturday evening with a friend from Rome.
The fact that there was no place at the time indicated on the reservation was immediately resolved (it was a Saturday evening and they did us a great courtesy because the place was full) and the excellent food served gratified even the most demanding palates.
I really liked everything, the tomato soup and the braised meat were exceptional. I will definitely come back.
Even from Rome they let it be known that the casoncelli alla bresciana were excellent! Thanks for your availability 🖐

Traditional tavern, young and friendly service, good house wine in bulk and a light bill.
The meat cansoncelli and desserts were appreciated, but the cod tripe with polenta and chickpeas was a little less so; the baked potatoes were excellent, the starter of mixed cured meats was good but a little poor.
Snails are also on the menu: truly commendable, it's a shame not to have more room to enjoy a plate of them!

Classic and spartan tavern.
Slightly overrated in my opinion!
But you can't say it's not good.
The food is a little heavy, rich in butter and seasoning.
Traditional location.
Good wine!
For those who want to experience the realities of Brescia, highly recommended!
However, I don't recommend it to those looking for something more reserved.

Among the oldest trattorias in the city, you will find EXCELLENT food in a cheerful and courteous environment in the alleys of the splendid lioness of Italy, absolutely worth trying!

Characteristic tavern, convenient area if you visit the centre. Traditional dishes, generous portions, friendly staff. Adequate prices. Absolutely recommended.

Osteria classica con pochi fronzoli. Vino anche sfuso di buona qualità. Personale tutto giovane, svelto, capace e sempre con un sorriso ed una battuta. Mai invadente. Ottimi gli affettati (soprattutto la coppa), giardiniera nella media. Eccezionale il manzo all'olio con patate. Buona anche la polenta con i formaggi. Prezzi accettabilissimi e posizionato strategicamente nel centro di Brescia. Ottima la scelta se si desidera di visitare la città. Obbligo la prenotazione. Unica nota negativa il rumore, direi che fa parte delle caratteristiche anche se a volte può essere fastidioso.

Sono tornata 'Al Bianchi' domenica 3 dicembre, perché ne avevo conservato un buon ricordo dopo un precedente pranzo avvenuto la bellezza di 14 anni fa!
Non posso che confermare il giudizio positivo: io e la mia amica abbiamo mangiato e bevuto bene, in un ambiente familiare e tradizionale. Abbiamo preso due primi diversi, che ci siamo divise equamente, e una porzione in due di manzo all'olio.
Da urlo gli gnocchetti di zucca con porcini e robiola.
Credo proprio che ritornerò presto a Brescia, mi è rimasta la voglia di provare la torta alle mele!
