Excellent vegan tavern! The place is very welcoming. Friendly and attentive staff. Sensational quality of cuisine with a varied menu full of flavours. The demonstration of how animal torture is not necessary to eat and feel good! Recommended 5 Star Osteria!

Excellent vegan restaurant in the center of the town, also suitable for omnivores. The cuisine is tasty and the dishes are presented well. The place is small but very welcoming and elegant. We ate a Russian salad of turnips and steamed ravioli with cabbage, carrot and ginger which were really excellent. As a main course, the burnt wheat tagliatelle with mushrooms and asparagus was amazing, and the lasagna with lentil ragout was truly delicious. Special mention goes to the desserts: tartlet with mango cream, coconut mousse and the pistachio semifreddo sphere. Outrageous! We did an encore. We accompanied everything with excellent local organic white wine. Excellent value for money! Well done and congratulations!

Wonderful restaurant even for non-vegans. Excellent starters such as ravioli or beetroot salad, but exciting main courses such as tagliatelle with burnt wheat with mushrooms and asparagus and lentil ragù lasagne. The triumph was the desserts, an indescribable goodness. The local white wine, produced from the organic Viognier grape, was excellent and accompanied the dishes very well. Great restaurant! I've been here already several times with friends and family (vegan and non-vegan) and everyone has always loved the food. The restaurant also has a lovely atmosphere, very friendly service and excellent wine! We have also ordered cakes here several times for birthdays and other occasions and they have always been exceptional. 5 out of 5 stars! :)

When travelling around in Italy, I’m usually not fond of going to Tuscany because of the lack of decent vegan options for eating out. That was the case until finding this place! A FULLY vegan restaurant 🤯 located in the small town of Trequanda. I’ve eaten at many vegan restaurants in different countries and this place is definitely in my top 3 👌🏽 As starters we shared the fagioli with curry sauce and baked potatoes (they’re technically side dishes) and our company had the ravioli and the mixed bruschetta. Everything was very tasty! For the main course we had the lasagna with pumpkin, vegan sausage and mozzarella, the gnocchi and the ravioli filled with spinach and tofu covered with a tomato basil sauce 🌿 The lasagna was out of this world delicious 🤤 Full of flavour, cheesy & meaty served with fresh bread on the side which was perfect to soak up the leftover sauce. I even considered ordering a second portion to go to have as lunch on another day. It was just THAT good 😋 The ravioli with 🍅 sauce and the gnocchi were delicious as well. For dessert we had the chocolate torta pan di Spagna 🍰 and the carrot cake. Both delicious as well, the carrot cake was gluten free which we usually tend to go but as a chocolate lover I had to try the chocolate cake. SO SO GOOD 🤤 Usually chocolate cakes covered with chocolate sauce tend to be heavy on the stomach but here they manage to make it light and airy without compromising on taste on texture. Highly recommend a visit to this gem of a restaurant in Tuscany 🫶🏽

Arriving by chance in this place it was a wonderful discovery. Great food and great choice of wines. Truly a wonderful experience. We ate nearby in the following days but I can say that it was the best experience. Well done! Excellent value for money.
