Osteria located in Passo Coe at the base of the ski lift and along the main road. We entered with the kitchen almost closed (after 2.30pm) and ate what was available, and it was a satisfying lunch! Trentino cuisine: we had shin, cooked ham and cheese rolls, frankfurters, sauerkraut, potatoes and polenta. Dogs can enter, in addition to our Australian shepherd there was a Scottish shepherd, so not small ones. Tables both inside and outside.

Ate a summer lunch after a beautiful and long hike. We enjoyed both the service and the quality of the lunch. A risotto with spek and apple which was exceptional, and the other courses too. Very helpful, they accepted dogs inside.

Abbiamo inaugurato la nostra stagione di sci da fondo andando a far ben 2 colazioni da loro. La signorina bionda veramente professionale e molto gentile e cortese. Posto molto bello e suggestivo e le foto sono veramente emozionanti e raccontano la storia di questo posto e degli interni che purtroppo non sono più gli stessi.

Da provare. Accogliente e piatti davvero buoni. Stra-consigliati gli gnocchi di polenta. Ottima la selezione di formaggi e salumi. Ci torneremo

Parcheggiato al lago Coe la brillante idea era andare a pranzo. Il solo locale aperto nelle vicinanze era l'Osteria omonima. Andiamo a piedi ... per meglio dire, in sedia 👨🏼‍🦽 tanto che vuoi che sia... Bè non è stato una cosetta da poco... ma lo sforzo è stato ripagato. Il locale è confortevole e accogliente anche per disabili toilette compresa. Il pranzo soddisfacente: buoni anche non straordinari i Canederli dell'Osteria come il Piatto del Montanaro, abbondante e gustoso. Il prezzo giustificabile... Meritata la seconda volta in cui siamo andati.

30/03/2024: Excellent home cooking, family atmosphere, delicious dumplings and onion soup. A real surprise!!!
08/02/2024: Rustic restaurant just above Borgo Valsugana, on the road that leads to the village of Olle. I've been here twice and I have to say it's really worth it. The owner is a kind and polite person, he gave us food even though we were close to closing and spontaneously changed our table because we were cold. The food is homemade and with a spectacular flavor. I tried the polenta with meat twice and it was delicious. Ditto the tart as a dessert. The price is honest: with two generous dishes, two salads, a beer, a water, a dessert, two coffees we reached 25 euros. Definitely one of the best restaurants in the valley

27/01/2024: Abbiamo avuro il privilegio di poter godere della visita guidata accompagnati dalla sig.ra Luciana, padrona di casa. Il castello è ancora immerso nella splendida atmosfera medioevale, poiché quasi tutto è stato mantenuto originale. Siamo stati omaggiati di una bottiglia di vino, degna conclusione di una visita guidata appassionante, interessante e completa.
