So by chance, it was a surprise to find cod on the menu. Typical retro restaurant, family run (?) Perfect toilets. Fair price.

Tornati dopo qualche anno in questo locale, abbiamo apprezzato l'ambiente reso piacevole da una illuminazione molto migliore. Il proprietario gentile e sollecito senza essere invadente, il menù con una scelta non ampissima ma di livello. Rapporto qualità prezzo corretto. Torneremo presto.

We went for a birthday lunch and had a great time. The owner was really kind and helpful. We had appetizers and first courses and they were much appreciated by all those attending the lunch. We will come back for sure.

Excellent food, absolutely must try the cod, never eaten so good 🤤

Despite being from Sora I had never eaten at the Briganti, either out of curiosity or because I heard about it from acquaintances, today I allowed myself this experience, a small but welcoming place, with a vague reference to those that were the trattorias of the past, it's not for nothing that they are specialize in cooking cod. We started with a pie of cabbage, olives, Tropea onion and cod, really excellent, then we tasted the pumpkin and liquorice risotto and rigatoncini with cod, cannellini beans and cherry tomatoes, all accompanied with an excellent Montepulciano, at the end of the meal a splendid wild berry millefeuille and trifle served in a jug! ! ! Very recommended 😋😋😋

Osteria in the center of Sora (Fr). Nice place in its simplicity, excellent service. Good price quality. Simply wonderful focaccia.

Specializzato per il baccalà e nella cucina della tradizione ciociara. Buono e con tanta roba l'antipasto del Brigante, ci si mangia tranquillamente in due. Buona la pasta fatta in casa, gustoso l'agnello al forno. Discreto il baccalà con funghi e pomodorini secchi, però secondo me l'uso eccessivo di questi ultimi "ammazza" un poco il sapore dei funghi e del baccalà. Nei festivi è consigliato prenotare. Prezzi adeguati.

Questa è stata una scoperta piacevolissima, il titolare, Peppino, è la persona che, oltre ad accogliere i clienti con un sorriso diplomatico ma allo stesso tempo di un vecchio amico, ti mette immediatamente a tuo agio. Il menù è molto semplice, apparentemente, ma propone tutte ed indistintamente, delizie per il palato di tutti. Ottima carta dei vini. Complimenti vivissimi, tornerò sicuramente.👍
