Osteria del Coniglio In Seborga

We went here on Pasquetta, an ancient restaurant, with rooms painted with beautiful colorful landscapes. Good menu for all ages, spacious tables and lots of tranquility. The quantity and quality of food is excellent and not in short supply. Overall very high quality. Staff as exquisite as their food. A personal piece of advice I give you is to change the type of fried potatoes and put them like the classic ones at MC Donald's. I recommend it after taking a tour of the village.

The princely nugget of Seborga in terms of good traditional catering! Excellent welcome, attentive and efficient service, very pleasant setting I loved the well-cooked rabbit and the homemade pasta, not to mention the frozen dessert. Tasty quality/price and a large, tempting menu. A great culinary discovery!

In the center of Seborga, excellent restaurant with local specialties and good prices. Surrounded by numerous objects relating to the Principality, we tasted the typical local dishes, based on rabbit. Excellent desserts to finish. In the rooms, protected by mighty walls, you eat surrounded by beautifully designed walls. The service is very friendly.

Ottima osteria nel borgo Vecchio del Paesino. Abbiamo optato per il MENU degustazione, ovviamente con il secondo di coniglio alla ligure…

Visita in questo delizioso ristorantino nel centro del borgo di Seborga. Ci accoglie un’invitante sorriso della cameriera, gentile e discreta che ci accompagnerà per tutta la serata. Questo ristorante dispone di salette calde ed accoglienti che ti avvolgono e ti fanno sentire a casa. Il menù ti propone pochi na decisi piatti della cucina del ponente ligure : pesto, pasta fatta in casa ed il coniglio la fanno da padrone, ma anche la capra con fagioli e una piacevole sorpresa. In stagione i funghi sono ben rappresentati ed inondano di profumi di bosco, i commensali; interessante la cantina dei vini. La serata : tagliatelle fatte in casa con funghi porcini ( da urlo) x 2 Capra con fagioli bianchi , la piacevolissima sorpresa acqua e birra Due dolci e due caffè per un totale di 53 euro! Un regalo. Servizio efficiente e professionale che coccola il cliente per farlo sentire ospite. Avrei dato le 5 palline se non per i due dolci che non mi hanno convinto ma questa può essere un motivo per tornare, presto. Complimenti!
