I might seem biased because Scarlinese, but it is precisely the reviews of those who live in the place that we should trust most. Davide is an exquisite person, a true lover of his profession which he carries out with passion and a lot of expertise gained over the years in the wine field. The food is truly zero kilometre, home-made cuisine as we Maremma people like it... it's like sitting at the table in your own home. I consider the price to be very honest, and I consider the quality of the product to be excellent. I personally recommend it and if I can recommend it, I recommend tasting the wild boar which according to many (even wise grandparents) is one of the best wild boar hunters there is.

Super gemütliches Restaurant. Der Service ist sehr freundlich auch in deutsch. Die Karte ist eher klein aber dafür hat uns alles super geschmeckt. Und es ist eben mal etwas typisch toskanisches. Wir hatten die gemischten crosstini zur Vorspeise, danach ein feines geschmortes Wildschwein und Schweinefleisch mit Pflaumen und Äpfeln. Mascarpone Nachtisch und eine kleine Auswahl an Schokoladen.

Capisco di essere un pochino controcorrente rispetto a molte altre recensioni ma io non ho trovato niente di speciale in questo ristorante se non il vino. Antipasti cari rispetto alla zona e porzioni misere. Gli affettati tagliati a coltello restano spessi e non di mio gusto..., soprattutto poteva spiegarlo al momento della comanda visto che li abbiamo presi per un bambino che naturalmente non ha apprezzato. La scelta del menù è molto limitata soprattutto nei contorni. Io ho preso la costata e come contorno c'era solo insalata e forse fagioli (non sono sicura ) Costata non all'altezza della qualità che generalmente di trova nei ristoranti in Toscana. Proposta di dolci da rivedere. Location carina ma con il caldo si fa fatica a finire la cena. Bella scelta di vini ma a quella temperatura difficili da apprezzare.

Ottima cucina e super selezione di vivi

Un piccolo gioiello di osteria tipica nel bel paesino di Scarlino. Piatti tradizionali genuini cucinati come in famiglia. Il gusto e la tradizione sono i protagonisti. Il proprietario cordiale e gentile attento ad ogni cliente ci ha trasmesso tutta la sua sapienza e passione. Consigliato vivamente a chi cerca un'esperienza in una vera osteria tipica a gestione famigliare.

every year we come back to Scarlino and have at least one dinner at Enoteca. it never disappoints, even if the menu got shorter . wildboar was great as well as capocollo. and Davide provides always interesting wines to try . will be back...next year
