Sapori e colori di casa. La vera esperienza pugliese, anche per i pugliesi. Si fa un viaggio nel tempo a quando le persone erano genuine quanto i cibi. Antipasti generosi, pasta fatta a mano, ingredienti freschi. Qualcuno può storcere il naso di fronte ad arredi mai cambiati, ma è esattamente quello che cercavamo noi: ritrovare. Certe cose è giusto che cambino, certe altre no.

Posto trovato per caso ma è stata una scoperta bellissima. Sembra di stare a casa propria. Ovviamente la location è molto spartana, ma non a discapito sicuramente della qualità del cibo. Ottima accoglienza e buon assortimento nel menù. Unica pecca non avere avuto un conto per iscritto, ma solo a voce. Comunque da ritornare.

It really feels like taking a leap into the past when you eat chops, strictly horse chops, closed with string as they did in the past. Everything excellent! Price 25 euros per person for the full menu.
