What absolutely stunning restaurant hidden in a small area of Tuscany. A small family run restaurant that produces top-quality food that makes your soul sing. The pasta and steak were beautifully made and sensational. The staff showed fantastic hospitality, they made us feel welcome and at home. Generous pours of wine too! We look forward to returning soon.

You have to drive a few kilometers uphill to get to this small but fine Tuscan restaurant. The view, the warm hospitality and the daily selection of regional specialties made us return more often. Especially the starter plates and then the meat dishes are highly recommended with the great wine selection.

We had a fantastic evening filled with incredible food. Simone cooked up a storm and we ate some amazing Tuscan produce. All handmade and prepared with care and genuine love for the food. Unassuming but so worth the visit

What a fantastic evening the food was the best we have had in Tuscany, classic Tuscan fair, service first class a warm and welcoming restaurant. Can't believe this hasn't got a Michelin star. So lucky to have had this experience.

Prachtige ervaring. Het is september dus momenteel rustiger in de omgeving. Zo ook in het restaurant. We waren de enige gasten maar werden uiterst hoffelijk behandeld. Het eten was super smaakvol en de service echt helemaal top. In de zomer wordt het gerund door de eigenaar en zijn vrouw (ook de weekenden in laagseizoen tot sluiting) en doordeweeks in het laagseizoen door de eigenaar alleen. Inclusief al het bereiden van de maaltijden. Daarvan is alles zelfgemaakt. Perfecte avond uit! Het uitzicht zal ongetwijfeld schitterend zijn maar wij zaten binnen vanwege de wind en het feit dat het al wat frisser wordt.

Beautiful experience. It is September so it is currently quieter in the area. This also applies to the restaurant. We were the only guests but were treated extremely courteously. The food was super tasty and the service really great. In the summer it is run by the owner and his wife (including weekends in low season until closing) and during the week in low season by the owner alone. Including all meal preparation. Everything is homemade. Perfect night out!

16/12/2023: I found myself with a large group for dinner. I am vegan and, to my very pleasant surprise, they organized a very respectable menu for me. I repeat, I am vegan, not vegetarian, and I ate tasty and tasty dishes from starter to dessert (all excellent). I invited the owner, who was very tense for this test, to include in her menu (of typical Tuscan cuisine, apart from the pizzas) some of the dishes they prepared for me, which have nothing to envy of certain places that call themselves vegan cuisine or they offer themselves by saying they have no problems cooking without any animal derivatives, but instead they give you the usual grilled vegetables. The lady and all the staff were welcoming and very attentive to their guests, so I want to reiterate to the lady that she was very good, and that, for example, her aubergine meatballs with sauce are excellent. Congratulations to everyone for the care taken throughout the evening

06/02/2024: Good pizza and friendly staff. There were several kinds of pizza, so we were kind of indecisive, therefore the waiter was very helpful in explaining us the ingredients for each of them, so we can make a good choice. Recommend it.
13/01/2024: Di certo non è un ristorante, praticamente un fornaio con tavoli nei quali pranzare. Pasta cotta al momento, pressi incredibilmente bassi e ottima qualità. Direi un esempio di come si possa accontentare il cliente senza troppe pretese. Servizio piu che valido e tempi di attesa inesistenti nonostante un afflusso notevole.
