Nice place for a quick lunch, with quiet terrace. Food is nice, we had a risotto and fish, and everything was tasty. Staff is very friendly and the service is fast. Only objection is to the limited vine chart, as only house vine is available (white / red / sparkling).

The food is very good, from the appetizer to the side dish. Unfortunately we weren't able to taste the dessert because the dishes had more than enough portions.
The restaurant, despite being located in the center, enjoys a good price list.
The staff are also really friendly and welcoming.

In the historic center, a very welcoming tavern with exceptional staff.
Very kind and very thoughtful towards the customer which is not so obvious.
A special note to the waiter of Spanish origins and to Monica, a beautiful smile ready to welcome you.
We had an excellent quality appetizer from the tavern with exquisite cured meats and delicious sweet and sour onions.
A grilled fillet and a delicious tartare with delicious side dishes.
To finish, some superlative tarts accompanied by a very pleasant laurel liqueur on the palate.
Rated 6 stars!
If you pass through Lucca, it is an obligatory stop!

The restaurant is welcoming and serves excellent food.
The bruschettas with tomatoes are amazing, very tasty and the cherry tomatoes are fresh.

Tonight we tried the San Giorgio tavern.
Located in the heart of the historic center of Lucca, we found the location as we like it, characteristic, in pure Tuscan style where brick arches, exposed beams, wrought iron chandeliers and other details are reminiscent of the farmhouse of times gone by.
Also characteristic is the small courtyard nestled between the houses where it is possible to eat in the summer period.
Particularly kind and impeccable staff.
The dishes are excellent, typical of the Lucca and Tuscan tradition in general.
The raw materials are also excellent.

Era un po di tempo che non andavamo a mangiare all'Osteria San Giorgio, ma devo dire che è rimasto un buon ristorante, accogliente, ordinato e sempre pieno! Carbonara di pesce deliziosa, rapporto qualità/prezzo nella norma.
