I've tried practically the entire menu of these two nice ladies from Brescia and it's all very good! Casoncelli with bagoss, bigoli with sweetbreads, scamorza and herb gnocchi, but also TOP second courses such as morsels with onion cream (which you can't taste at all, I'll tell you that I usually can't stand onions, they are absolutely worth trying!) , the fried brains, the tartare... The mascarpone cream with chocolate flakes is unmissable.

Typical Brescia restaurant where I ate excellent food: mention for a noteworthy pasta and beans and a tartare. The blueberry tart is also good.

I want to travel to Brescia again from U.S.A. to only visit the Sisters. Anna and I shared a recipe... the ingredients are explained with a hand slapping the elbow and a flick of the fingers under the chin ... ha ha ha ha The staff helped us order as our italian was rusty. Anna stepped in with specials. We became fast friends /family. Rude? Never ! She treats you like your Mom or Nonna would treat you. The food is amazing! First, second, well timed and cooked to perfection. My Italian family cooks similar meals. Don't tell Nonna i LoVe these meals as they are modern adaptation without loss of traditional flavors. Dessert is creamy and just right to complete the meal before stolling the streets at night.

Ottimo cibo. Metodi spicci, ma non sgradevoli. Bel locale. Eravamo accompagnati da un bresciano doc che ci ha confermato la tipicità del locale. Vale la pena!

Locale davvero molto carino , caratteristica osteria con la giusta atmosfera. Servizio sempre cordiale e simpatico con proposte di piatti locali davvero molto golosi e di ottima qualità , dopo tanto tempo sono riuscito ad assaporare nuovamente le animelle fritte e direi davvero sublimi , fatto il BIS..
