Osteria Vini d'Italia In Bologna

“Bolognese taste” I had the pleasure of dining at Osteria Vini d'Itali, and I must say that the experience was extremely positive. The place is characteristic, with walls adorned with images of distant countries and historical icons represented with a touch of amused irreverence. Plus, album covers of the best rock add a touch of originality. A perfect atmosphere for an evening with friends. Moving on to the food, the à la carte menu traces the Bolognese tradition. The tigelle and cured meats were a nice start: fresh and tasty. The tortellini in capon broth warmed the palate and were a real caress for the taste buds. (More Tigello, the people ask for more TIGELLE!!!!) The braised meat, tender and succulent, literally melted in your mouth. The combination with the recommended wine enhanced the flavors in total harmony. The place is spacious, with well-spaced tables that allow friendly conversations without feeling too close to other patrons. The prices are average, but perhaps I would go for a little more with the portions...especially the TIGELLE, the people are asking for more TIGELLE!!!! Osteria Vini D'Italia is a place that I highly recommend to anyone who wants to savor the Bolognese culinary tradition in a welcoming and original atmosphere. 🍝🍷

Legendary Bolognese "out of town" tavern, which continues to honor its history. Excellently cooked dishes, excellent choice of wines, a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, which encourages you to stay late.

We had a great time in this historic Bolognese osteria. We ate very well and felt pampered. I recommend it without reservations

Great setting for a quiet dinner. Potato flan, mortadella and space pistachio. Good assortment of wines, it would be nice to receive advice on this, but still trained and kind staff.

Very sweet and super welcoming staff. My mother and I ordered first course, second course, some side dishes and dessert. We ate everything with gusto, I highly recommend the green lasagna and also the tagliatelle alla romagnola. As a second course we took some off-menu items and for dessert a divine apple pie (warm) accompanied by creme anglaise and the tres leches cake with strawberries and chocolate…. The environment is very relaxing and accompanied by the friendliness of the staff it makes you want to come back...(the next day).

Posticino carino in zona mazzini. Mi sono recato con amici a fare la classica cena natalizia. Buono l'assortimento dei vini. Ottime le crescentine mentre le tigelle non mi sono piaciute. Sugli altri piatti pareri vari nel senso che è piaciuta abbastanza la cotoletta mentre gli spaghetti al friggione e lo stesso friggione non sono fatti con la ricetta bolognese ma con altri ingredienti (vedi peperone). I dolci non hanno superato la sufficienza, forse la più buona era la tenerina con il mascarpone. Prezzi abbastanza cari in linea con l'offerta gastronomica a Bologna in questo periodo.

L’arredamento colpisce a prima vista. Le pareti recano immagini di Paesi lontani, di icone della storia rappresentate con divertita irriverenza, di… copertine di album del miglior rock. Anche la colonna sonora che accompagnerà la cena brilla per vivacità: una playlist di Virgin radio che irradia rock dai Sessanta in avanti. Il menu alla carta ripercorre la tradizione bolognese. Tigelle e salumi sono un bell’inizio. I tortellini in brodo di cappone riscaldano e carezzano il palato. Il brasato si scioglie in bocca, morbida delizia. Il vino della casa (un buon sangiovese amabile e pieno) esalta i sapori in totale armonia. Il locale è spazioso, i tavoli ben distanziati così che si possa amabilmente conversare. Prezzi nella media, resi appetibili dalle porzioni generose. Ci sono altri piatti che tentano, ma siamo ormai sazi. Torneremo. Anche per la simpatia del servizio.
