The starters were very tasty. The main course (burger and salmon) were okay, but the salmon was overcooked and the burger wasn't a highlight for the price.

This seems to be a typical place for Italians and therefore not a "tourist trap".
The welcome was warm, the decoration too and the food was very good and inexpensive

Large place very well furnished, the dishes differ slightly from the Roman tradition, but there are some classic workhorses such as Gricia for example. The waitress was young but very attentive to customers, for example my wife being vegan, they offered her a vegetable burger, which she said was good. The dishes are good, I didn't find any particular defects.

Stopped by Pan Bernardo for lunch and, let me tell you, it's got me already planning dinner there for next time. The place nails it with a killer atmosphere – it's got this cool, inviting vibe that's hard to find in Rome. The pasta and risotto? Absolutely spot-on. You can taste the care they put into every dish. And the service hits that sweet spot of welcoming without being over the top. If you're cruising around Rome and need a top-notch spot, Pan Bernardo is it. Next visit, I'm there for dinner, no questions.

Had the perfect start for the days in Rome here at Pan Bernardo. Tried all the breakfast options and they were all delicious. Something for everyone. Kids were well taken care off and the service was just amazing. Warm and welcoming. Perfecto! Thank you.

Ottimo locale, con servizio e materie di alto livello. Siamo stati presso questo locale sia a pranzo che per un aperitivo e ne siamo usciti soddisfatti in entrambi i casi. Ottimi piatti e ottimi drink. Locale adatto sia ad ogni occasione. Personale preparato, gentile e simpatico.

Il posto è veramente carino e devo dire che il personale è attento e gentilissimo. Ho preso un piatto di verdure, non straordinario ma buono e ho chiesto un uovo. Me ne hanno fatti due fritti, accogliendo il fuori menu. 10€ per le due uova mi è sembrato francamente un po' tantino, altrimenti avrei messo 5 stelle, soprattutto per la gentilezza del personale.
