26/10/2023: We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights in The Sky Room. Our 1st visit here was for a quick lunch before heading off to explore Milan. Food was okay. When coming to sign for food, my husband had wondered off to look at the views, I said whoops can’t remember the room number, but I know it’s the sky room. Server then looked somewhat concerned, run off & came back to check our names & wanted confirmation from us what the actual room number was….,obviously didn’t believe us (husband showed room card!!!) Evening visit for cocktails & it was much busier, we’d reserved a table for drinks which we were shown too. Ordered a cocktail each & unbelievably could not sign to our room had to pay each time we wanted a drink. Couldn’t see this happening at other tables, this is truly a shocking way to treat hotel residents when they have room card with them. Shocking service on all 3 visits. Unless you’re young & dressed in designer gear then I wouldn’t recommend.
