I often come to the bakery when I have work commitments in the afternoon, but compared to years ago the pizza seems a little worse. The girls are always very kind and cute, but the pizza seems more "crispy" and less stuffed.

My husband had the sweet focaccia with apples, raisins and walnuts, and he said it was exceptional.

Che dire.... Io che vengo da fuori ho avuto difficoltà a trovare del buon pane. Fino a quando non ho deciso di provare il forno sotto casa... Che dire pane eccezionale sempre fresco fatto con lievito madre e di vari tipi, bianco integrale semintegrale ai semi... E quello alla barbabietola da provare! Le focacce poi ne mangerei non so quanta la scrocchiarella in particolare. E se la mattina hai voglia di una coccola un buon cornetto e un cappuccino e ribalti la giornata... Trovi uno di tutto dalle sfoglie ai muffin tutto prodotto da loro. Ottime materie prime e ottimo prezzo. Personale gentilissimo.

Entrato perché di passaggio in questo bar. Dico solo che mi sono violentato per non comprare di tutto. Banco pasticceria e banco pizze-focacce sono pura istigazione a "delinquere" (mangiare). Personale sorridente e gentile. Una bellissima scoperta. Il laboratorio a vista è sintomo di grande consapevolezza di come si lavora. In un mondo di "improvvisati", una bella iniezione di professionalità. Bravi!
