THE BEST SBRISOLONA IN MANTOVA here I found all the best typical Mantuan desserts in all of Mantua, the sbrisolona is undoubtedly the best, without neglecting the bakery department with an Oscar-worthy pizza alla pala, and truly excellent sourdough breads. Congratulations to all staff for the products, courtesy and professionalism of this historic bakery

Not long ago I purchased traditional Mantuan agnolini and I was very satisfied, they were truly delicious. I recommend them!

First time I've stopped at this bakery and I was truly delighted. I tasted their really good desserts and took away passatelli then made in broth in the evening, really excellent! Absolutely worth revisiting 🔝

Continuing towards the Doge's Palace, a stop is in order, both for sweets to go on the go and for cakes to take home! Kind and honest service... we took the Helvetian cake! If you don't know what it is, try it! You'll be back to take one home!

È un forno centralissimo fantastico, ho provato la pizza alla zucca, la torta di Rose, superlativa, così la torta alla zucca, la sbrisolona sia bianca che al cacao. Ma c'è da farsi girare la testa per quante bontà si possono trovare! Inoltre sono gentilissimi nonostante abbiano perennemente la fila fuori. Da provare
