Everything was delicious, there were 7 of us we had a bit of everything, delicious lampredotto bread with wonderful fresh sausage, the staff were super nice and friendly, if you come to Volterra it's a must to stop in this typical place

Excellent sandwiches and focaccia! Surprisingly large selection of breads and toppings (especially vegetarian ones!). Super dear owners :) Recommendation: Focaccia vegetariana with zucchini, eggplant, mushrooms and pesto

Locale piccino e informale ci ha regalato quello che possiamo definire il panino più buono mai assaggiato. Il locale offre anche alcuni primi piatti della giornata ma i panini sono davvero il loro forte e vanno rigorosamente farciti con le più gustose e prelibate squisitezze Toscane. Davvero consigliato!

A corner of paradise in Volterra. The owners, who have managed a restaurant down the street for twenty years, have decided to open this sandwich shop with exceptional raw materials. Colonnata lard, pecorino, mushrooms and truffle are highly recommended.

L'Hamburgheria di Volterra

30/03/2024: Delicious burgers, my daughter also had the piadina which was sublime. Games available for entertainment. Quick service. But above all, high quality ingredients, from bread to sauces, all homemade and with local products. Really unexpected and unusual for a very touristy city.

06/04/2024: Very beautiful and evocative environment, there is a beautiful window and in summer the environment outside certainly makes it. The waiters were very kind right from the start. We chose the seafood tasting in order to taste multiple courses. All the dishes were interesting and well executed, a couple of critical points regarding the cooking of the octopus (chewy, but very well roasted) and the bisque (it didn't taste good, unfortunately it ruined the whole dish) The dessert wasn't bad but the caramel was a little too forward and the ice cream didn't taste like much, but its function in the end was to give freshness and this it did. A positive note is the wine list, very extensive and with several important choices. All in all a wonderful experience, I felt very sorry for a waitress who unfortunately had no voice that evening, so she couldn't explain the dishes (in my opinion they could have sent someone else) It's worth coming!
