Paprika In Parma

A normal pizza place where you can eat what appears to be a large pizza for a reasonable price. Until you feel your pizza and realize that the dough is paper thin (I was here with a large group so that may be because I think our school chose the thinnest dough option). That's why the food wasn't great for me. The service was mediocre and fairly fast and the music selection was good. If you are in the area you can drop by, because it wasn't bad, but not recommended.

Very clean place, staff attentive to detail and a peaceful environment. The food is really good and the beer is the same. The girls are really nice in everything, they pamper the customer!! I will definitely be back for a nice family dinner

Business lunch today at noon. Particularly high volume of music being broadcast and not in the background for having lunch and being able to talk. Asked if possible to reduce the volume but the waiter replies that it doesn't depend on them, that it is not possible and that the volume is decided by the "ownership" (??). Pretty good pizza but as it cools it becomes harder and harder and not pleasant to chew. Went other times in the past but had had better. Friendly staff.

Dopo una brutta esperienza avuta in giornata in un altro locale di Parma, sono entrato lì quasi con diffidenza, ma devo dire che il sorriso gioviale delle addette alla sala mi hanno messo subito a mio agio. Dovevo mangiar praticamente al volo perché dovevo prendere il treno, quindi cerco di non attardarmi nella selezione e ordino velocemente una pizza che mi ha fatto simpatia da subito, sia per il nome, sia per gli ingredienti. La particolarità è che ti danno la possibilità di scegliere l'altezza del bordo della tua pizza. Mentre aspetto la mia ordinazione, chiedo cortesemente di aver preparato due porzioni di panzerotti da asporto e se potessero farmi la cortesia di farmi caricare un po' la batteria del cellulare. Richieste esaudite con la massima gentilezza. Arriva la pizza: buonissima già al primo assaggio. Pasta soffice ma non molle, cotta in maniera perfetta, ingredienti equilibratissimi, sembrava che le mani che l'avevano fatta fossero fatate e voglio farlo immediatamente presente. I panzerotti da asporto li ho mangiati durante tutto il viaggio e devo dire che anche l'indomani mattina sono risultati gradevoli da mangiare. L'unico vero neo è stato il prezzo dei panzerotti. A Palermo, con quella cifra lì, di panzerotti (che noi chiamiamo calzoni fritti) ne mangiamo due da non meno di 250 g ciascuno, questi qui erano dei bocconcini che per saziarti ne dovresti mangiare una decina. Resta il fatto che se dovessi tornare a Parma, quella pizzeria lì sarà eletta come meta obbligata per la cena.
