Parco pubblico del grazioso paese montano di Piedicavallo. Area relax con panche e passeggiata lungo il torrente, area sportiva e giochi per bambini. Possibilità di fare pic nic e dotato di chiosco bar. Parcheggio adiacente e nelle vicinanze. Si può curiosare il caratteristico paese con le case in pietra oppure optare per escursioni medio facili alle Selle, o impegnative verso i rifugi della Vecchia e Rivetti. Caratteristico il ponte in pietra rifatto dopo la recente alluvione ma con le pietre datate di quello precedente.

Tenuto discretamente bene....ottimo posto per far giocare i bambini....per una sosta dopo un'escursione ai rifugi circostanti....per andare a farsi un bagno nel torrente in estate....per farsi un picnic....insomma molte potenzialità. Poco lontano ,risalendo lungo il canale ottimi posti per far giocare I nostri cani in acqua e nei prati e boschi vicini.

26/02/2024: It's strange to put your all into a simple informal restaurant. You enter and you feel catapulted back in time, the owner looks at you and you think he will send you away as soon as possible. And instead behind that gruff look hides a very sweet person, with his ways, with his times. We arrived without a reservation, with the kitchen due to close shortly thereafter, and what's more we had a certain urgency. There was everything to send us to hell. And instead he found us a place, brought us everything on time, brought us a huge portion of polenta and venison, very tender and delicious. The same goes for polenta with sausage. As well as the homemade desserts. And above all a wonderful grappa. All at a fair price. We only had one regret, not having also thanked his wife in the kitchen.

24/03/2024: The menu has the names of more or less famous actors and films... the rest is nothing special, normal meat and side dishes, mediocre cuisine Prices are too expensive... a mediocre pub environment, nice photos on the walls... but little substance that is needed for the palate The online menu is a bit misleading... lots of smoke etc...
10/03/2024: Slightly high prices (in the photo about 50 grams of Iberian ham for €20) and slow service...at least the drinks before ordering would be a way to mitigate the wait...an hour with a dry mouth... Ordered approximately the courses at 9.15pm and served (not even all of them) around 10.00pm.
