Abbiamo trovato i primi funghi porcini !!! Arrostiti per antipasto e poi con le tagliatelle ...che bontà! Ottime anche le tagliatelle con il pesto di melanzane e per secondo il galletto con le patate , l'eccellenza del pecorino riserva del Fondatore e il particolarissimo tomino con mirtilli e miele (praticamente un secondo/dessert). Tutto davvero ottimo con ingredienti di qualità e un servizio eccellente per cortesia e professionalità. Complimenti !!! Noi torneremo certamente e chi scrive che siete cari farebbe meglio a dare prima uno sguardo al menù che correttamente esponente all'esterno.

Arriving at dusk, easy to park, easy to find. We were seated outside (with the tourists) might have given this place 5 stars if we weren’t ushered into a corner table, while better tables sat empty. Not made to feel special. It doesn’t take much effort to make a tourist special, some places get it, some don’t. Ordered a bottle of wine form their wonderful wine list and enjoyed the in season truffle pasta. Service was very good (not excellent) so 4 stars. No regrets eating here just not excellent.

07/04/2024: Very nice place in the center of Saturnia. Each dish was beautiful to look at but also and above all good to taste. I had an appetizer, a first course, a second course and a dessert: all delicious. The dish I liked the most was the low-temperature egg on potato cream with truffle. But everything else was remarkable. The cooking of the meats (we took rabbit and lamb) was really special. In addition to the technique, the dishes are characterized by the use of local products.
24/03/2024: Being customers of the previous management, we decided to try this new one, remaining a little disappointed, not so much by the quality (even if clearly superior to that of the previous management), but by the relationship with the price. Somewhat skimpy dishes and nothing exciting, paper excellent wines as always, very pleasant service and environment.

23/02/2024: Excellent meat, one kilo and two hundred grams of delicious Maremmana accompanied by a fantastic Sangiovese made with local grapes...I will definitely return
