Pasta Lab In Bologna

Fresh Pasta TRAINING-SCHOOL It was a wonderful experience, an afternoon full of competence, professionalism and fun. For about 3 hours under the watchful eye of Lucia and Alexandra we were able to experience with our little hands how to make tagliatelle and ravioli... and then eat it all accompanied by a nice prosecco. Highly recommended!

We were fortunate that Alexandra was able to fit us in for a private 3 hr pasta cooking lesson very last minute. As we have travelled from Australia, we didn’t want to miss out on an authentic cooking experience and we were not disappointed. Alexandra was very informative and was great instructing us and our 10 year old daughter. We had great wine, enjoyed our pasta very much and had a lovely time. Book it! You will have a fantastic time.

Spotted by chance while biblically searching for a parking spot. I was immediately attracted to the workshop in the window which showed two beautiful large, round sheets of pastry rolled out by hand on a cutting board. In the background, a pasta maker was preparing food by fiddling with pots and cutlasses. The place, with a bright and transparent design, gives a nice idea of ​​cleanliness. I took some triangles stuffed with courgettes and bacon sautéed with butter and sage, really excellent (portion a little small, could be improved). The girl who served me was very nice and made an exception to the rule, given the time and the imminence of the kitchen closing. I recommend it to real pasta enthusiasts.

We had a pasta cooking class and dinner. Alexandra and Lucia were great, we had an amazing time and the food was outstanding! Defenetly recomended.

I was beyond lucky to be Alexandra's only student for a culinary experience in Italy. I'm a chef, so it was delightful to have a private lesson!!! She and I headed out to the best food purveyors in Bologna to select the ingredients that I wanted to work with that day! We bought LOTS of high quality ingredients. I learned how to debone a whole duck, gnocchi from scratch, and how to make Bolognese sauce properly (turns out, I had been doing it wrong for years!!). We also made stuffed squash blossoms three ways. For my second class, I wanted a seafood focused lesson. We purchased the most beautiful fresh scallops, shrimp, and fish. We made so many dishes...to many to list! I will definitely be returning to Bologna to continue my passion for fine cooking. BRAVO!!!

Ich habe einen außergewöhnlichen Privatkurs als einzige Teilnehmerin genießen dürfen. Alexandra hat mir beigebracht, die richtige Konsistenz von Nudelteig zu erspüren und herzustellen. Sie hat ihr ganzes Wissen mit mir geteilt. Wir haben Tagliatelle und Tortelloni gemacht inkl. selbstzubereiteter Füllung (Parmesan-Ricotta). Das hausgemachte Ragu war hervorragend! Zum Essen kam mein Mann hinzu, dem das Essen auch sehr geschmeckt hat. Bei einem Glas Prosecco hatten wir anregende Gespräche mit Alexandra u.a auch über Slow Food. Sie empfahl noch den Besuch einer Acetaia, was wir am nächsten Tag taten, was ebenfalls ein besonderes Erlebnis war.

One of the best pastas we have ever eaten! Excellent product, extremely elastic dough. It's worth stopping by for dinner or fresh pasta to prepare at home.

I received a course on how to make pasta and the experience was incredible! Alessandra was very kind, understanding and funny, the communication was great and we had a super pleasant time. She is an unbeatable teacher! Highly recommended for all lovers of good pasta and Italian cuisine. I hope to come back soon!
